Payment
A 25% deposit is required in order to secure the reservation, balance payable on or before arrival.Payment can be made by eft or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Please advise of any cancellations by both SMS/WhatsApp to (+27 (0)64 904 3283) and email info@roscommoncottage.co.za. It is very important that we receive the cancellation and acknowledge it.Whilst every effort will be made to re let the cottage/s, but should this not be possible, the following applies:
- On arrival date 100% of booking value
- Less than 7 days notice forfeit 25% of total booking value
- 8 to 14 days, forfeit 15% of total booking value
- If we refill the booking no cancellation fee is applicable.
